Paxton Brown act for a number of large clients in managing the repairs of commercial premises in accordance with their lease obligations. This is remarkably cost effective because of our lower negotiated rates with a number of maintenance contractors.
Residential
Range of Surveys Offered
The purchase of a new home is the most important investment most of us make. A structural survey by a Chartered Surveyor is the best way to reach an informed decision about the condition of the property and minimise the risks before you commit yourself legally.
You may already by paying for a mortgage valuation report on the property you are interested in. However this is prepared for the lender and only answers their questions concerning the appropriate security for the loan. It does not provide detailed information about the condition of the property and any hidden risks to your investment.
Paxton Brown offer two main types of Survey suitable for both sellers and purchases of residential property:
- Homebuyer Survey – this is designed as an economy service and is suitable only for certain types of property.
- Full Building Survey – this is the most detailed level of survey and is suitable for all Properties
