- Initial inspection and discussion of client requirements and ideas (no obligation).
- Detailed measured survey to enable production of drawings.
- Production of draft design and specification.
- Discussion phase with client.
- Production of final design.
- Submission of Planning/Listed Building application and all communication with the Local Authority during and until conclusion of planning process.
- Production of drawings for Building Regulation approval.
