Standard Process
- Initial site inspection and discussion of client requirements and ideas (no obligation).
- Detail site measured survey to enable production of drawings.
- Production of draft design and specification.
- Discussion phase with client.
- Production of final design.
- Submission of planning application and all communication with Local Authority during and until conclusion of planning process.
- Production of drawings for Building Regulations approval.
Once the design is completed, Paxton Brown are able to offer a Project Management service. |
